1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, we will arrange production within 2 business days. Customized products (including printed logos) may require a longer production cycle, with the specific timeframe subject to the confirmed order between both parties.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with multiple international logistics companies (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL). Express shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, but may vary due to factors such as destination, customs clearance, and holidays.

We will provide a tracking number after the order is shipped, allowing customers to track their shipment in real-time on the logistics website.

Please refer to the specific product page for details on available shipping methods and their associated costs, including any free shipping offers.

Shipping Risk and Insurance

We ensure strict packaging inspection before shipment. If damage or loss occurs during shipping,   please retain photo and video evidence and send it to our email at info@gift88.com for confirmation. If customers require additional cargo insurance, please request it when placing the order.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Non-Customized Products (e.g., generic products without logo printing)

Customers may request returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. However, if the return/exchange is due to quality issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping fees.

Customized Products (including logo printing)

Due to the personalized nature of customized products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, we will offer free re-production or a partial refund under the following circumstances:

- Printing errors (logo position, design, or color significantly deviates from the confirmed proof)

- Shortage in product quantity

- Severe product quality issues (damage, functional defects, etc.)

Quality Disputes and Resolution Process

Customers must report quality issues within 30 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos/videos as evidence. Upon confirmation, we will provide a solution (reshipment, replacement, or partial refund) within 3 business days.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Order Modifications

Customers may request changes to product quantity, logo design, or shipping information before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@gift88.com. Modifications requested after production has started may incur additional charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet entered production may be canceled by contacting our customer service.

Orders that have already been produced or shipped generally cannot be canceled or refunded. For special circumstances, please contact customer service at info@gift88.com.
