📦 How long does it take to receive a stock sample?

Stock samples are processed and dispatched quickly after we receive your shipper account number. Delivery time depends on your location (typically 2–5 business days).

🖨️ Can I test embroidery or screen print on a custom sample?

Absolutely. Our custom pre-production sample uses the exact imprint method you’ll get for bulk orders — thread colors, placement, and size.

💸 Can sample fees be deducted from my first bulk order?

Yes, in many cases we can apply custom sample fees as a credit toward your initial production order. Contact us to confirm.

🚢 Do I need to pay duties/taxes for free stock samples?

Duties, taxes and shipping charges are billed to your shipper account directly by the carrier. We don't charge hidden fees.

🏷️ What if I don't have a shipper account number?

No worries — we can arrange shipping using our own carrier and send you a separate invoice for the shipping cost.

🎨 Artwork Guidelines

1. Proof Requests

For proof requests, a free virtual proof will be provided within 1 business day after we receive your artwork. Production will only be scheduled after your written approval. If proof approval is delayed, production and shipping dates may be pushed back accordingly.

2. Types of Proofs & Applicable Fees

Virtual / Mockup Proofs
A PDF with logo placement is provided as your virtual proof. A purchase order is not required for this type of proof.

Pre-Production Proofs (PPP)
Physical pre-production samples are available upon request. All related costs, including production, handling, and shipping, will be charged accordingly.

3. How to Submit

Please send your digital art files to info@gift88.com. We will send proof confirmation within 24 hours.

4. Artwork Quality

The quality of your artwork directly affects the imprint quality. Please provide a detailed layout with your order. If size or positioning is not specified, we will use our discretion and send a digital proof for your approval. For layered artwork, separate files are required. All fonts must be converted to outlines.

5. Accepted File Formats

We accept vector artwork in any color count, saved as:

.eps.pdf.ai

6. PMS Color Matching

Most products include free PMS color matching. You will be notified during order processing if a PMS matching charge applies.

7. Client Responsibility – Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary authorizations for the use of brands, logos, and intellectual property. We assume no liability for unauthorized use.
